At the opening of a New gallery in
Wellington this weekend a small crowd was intently staring at the fireplace.
Turns out one of the tiles had fallen off and broken and a repair had been
made. But not just any old repair; the tile and its surround had been replaced
with perfectly made cardboard facsimiles. Sometimes, even in art galleries, art
is where you find it.
