Building expectations

How do you sell the scale and feel of a new piece of architecture to a city? In Berlin they build a corner and then finish it off with a virtual building made of printed vinyl. Unfortunately the one pictured above looks like it’s going to be a retro look-alike but we assume they do this sort of thing for contemporary buildings too.
